PriMove builds the capacity of local communities, institutions, and stakeholders to actively participate in and benefit from tourism development. Our approach focuses on developing practical skills in hospitality, guiding services, enterprise management, and destination operations. Drawing from field experience in community-based tourism initiatives, including work in remote and eco-sensitive regions, we design and deliver training programs that prepare local youth, women, and community groups for tourism-linked livelihoods. Our efforts also include strengthening local institutions to manage tourism assets, ensuring that destinations are not only well-developed but also sustainably operated and locally owned.
